We spend much of our waking hours being pulled from one overly important commitment to the next. Being in constant go mode can wreak havoc on the central nervous system, leaving us feeling agitated, chronically tired, anxious, and depressed. Join Shannon for a 90-minute retreat for the mind, body and soul. Become calm and centered through restorative poses and guided breath work. We'll use props to cradle and support the body, allowing for deeper relaxation and longer hold times. Learn how to apply simple but powerful practices in your everyday life. Dress comfortably and bring a hand towel or eye pillow.
