Slower styles of yoga designed to target the connective tissue, increase circulation, and promote a calm and balanced mind and body.  Myofascial Release is a self massage techinque targeting the connective tissue and helping to increase range of motion and reduce pain.  Meditation is a workout for the mind, training students to become an observer within to create a calm and steady state of mind.  A great place to begin for new students who want a deep stretch or calm mind, and they are a perfect complement to the more physical styles of yoga.  ALL LEVELS

BASICS + BEGINNERS

These beginner Vinyasa Flow classes link each movement to the breath and includes sun salutations, balance poses, core exercises, seated postures and backbends in powerful yet beginner sequences. Strengthen the body and calm the mind through this practice as well as taking the time to break down basic poses and incorporate props into your practice.  Express Basics is also a beginner level class just in 30min.  ALL LEVELS

YIN / YANG FLOW

Flow and let go in this heated 55 min class. Challenging postures, dynamic sequencing and core strengthening just like our Vinyasa Flow class but with an extra dose of zen, bonus section of restorative postures and Savasana that’s sure to calm the mind.  ALL LEVELS

VINYASA FLOW

This 55 minute heated Vinyasa Flow class links each movement to the breath and includes sun salutations, balancing, core exercises, seated postures, twists, backbends and inversions in powerful sequences. Strengthen the body and calm the mind, through this challenging theme based practice that is sure to be different every time. Power Flow is similar just amped up a bit to give you a real challenge and sweat.  LEVEL 2-3

Virtual Classes with 24hr Links

Step 1: Book your {Virtual} class as you would normally through Mindbody 

Step 2: Your link to join live is in your confirmation email sent after registering. Check junk mail or email us if you didn't receive the link.

Step 3: When it's class time, click the zoom link from your email and join the class virtually

In-Studio Classes

You must be healthy in order to attend in-studio classes. Vinyasa classes are heated & masks are optional. Soul Yoga offers hand and foot sanitizing stations is available, cleaning supplies for props and mats and an air purification system. We request only ujjayi breath in and out of the nose while being in studio. Click here to sign up now!

Outdoor Classes

Pop Up weekend outdoor classes are offered when weather is nice and located right behind Soul Yoga.    Park at the studio and walk around to the east side of the building.  Restrooms available.  Please pre-register by clicking here.

Private & Semi-Private Lessons

We offer virtual and in-person private and semi-private lessons beginning at $85 per hour.  These lessons are tailored to your needs and are a great way to grow your practice and modify to the individual.  Inquire about setting up a lesson by emailing  allison@soulyogaokc.com
