I discovered yoga in 2010-11 at Soul Yoga and was immediately in love. Having already been involved with athletics, I loved the physical challenge that it presented me as well as the mental awareness it brought about. Yoga helped me find a balance between strength, flexibility and stability that I can take into my everyday life. I completed my 200hr with Soul Yoga in Spring 2017 and love sharing my passion with others. I have an energetic teaching style, so expect to be challenged and work hard, and have done fun while you’re doing it! When I am not in my mat you can find me studying Horticulture, in my garden or outdoors somewhere or playing with my pups.
