Charlotte discovered yoga in the Fall of 2002 while living in Austin, TX. After completing her introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series, she immediately knew the benefits of yoga reach far beyond a workout – although that is a great perk! She loves being on her mat and intentionally incorporating the breath within both movement and stillness. Charlotte continues to grow her personal practice by learning and exploring different types of yoga and meditation, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Iyengar, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. To deepen her anatomical and philosophical understanding of yoga, Charlotte completed her RYT-200hr with Allison Candelaria at Soul Yoga. Charlotte’s classes are well-balanced, challenging and anatomically focused. She aims to inspire others to find joy and strength in their yoga practice by engaging both body and mind.
