Kelsey first found yoga back in 2014. With a series of life shifts, she had put her career in Child & Family services on hold to be at home with her family. At the time, as a busy mom with two under 2, she instantly fell in love with the way yoga made her feel mentally, physically and emotionally. Time on her mat quickly became invaluable. Linking breath with movement, gave her the ability to refuel her body and recharge her mind.
In an effort to grow her own practice, she completed her 200 RYT under Allison Candelaria at Soul Yoga. She hopes to provide a safe space where students can disconnect from the distractions of their busy lives, and reconnect with their own strength: body, mind, and breath. Let go of expectations, listen to your body, challenge yourself, and fall in love with your own practice. When not on her mat, Kelsey enjoys traveling with her husband and two kids, playing tennis or reading a really great book.
