RYT 200 Hour
When Kena found yoga in 2009 she knew she wanted to combine her former teaching experience in schools with her passion for the practice and one day teach yoga. In 2016 she completed her 200hr RYT training with Yoga Medicine and is excited to now be teaching group classes as well as volunteering her time as a yoga instructor. She feels it’s also important to teach yoga to those who may not have the opportunity to join studios and could use yoga as a life skill to get through difficult periods. Her belief is that yoga is the best way to clear your mind and free yourself from unnecessary worries. For Kena, yoga is invigorating and cleansing and she inspires her students to thrive in yoga like she has.
Kena’s classes are anatomically informed as well as energetic, fun, upbeat and set to great music.
