Laura Nance


Laura discovered yoga over 10 years ago as a way to manage stress and as a balance to running and immediately fell in love with the strength and clarity yoga helped her create. “Yoga has taught me to love my body and its abilities, to use my breath and to get out of my head,” she said. With the impact yoga made in her life, Laura realized she wanted to share it with others and recently completed her 200-hour RYT under Allison Candelaria at Soul Yoga in Oklahoma City. Laura’s goal with her vinyasa-style classes is to leave students feeling empowered and confident, with a little something to think about.
