Shannon White

Shannon took her first yoga class through her university’s gym in 2003.   She was immediately drawn to the link of movement and breath.  Growing up as a dancer and dance instructor yoga seemed a natural progression.  She practiced on and off until 2013 when a back injury forced her to focus on healing.  She quickly found that a short daily yoga practice significantly improved her injury.  She is now a 200 hr level instructor, studying under Allison Candeleria at Soul Yoga. She believes yoga can make a body strong and put a mind at ease. Her classes are vinyasa style, focusing on linking movement and breath.
